Sebastian Green FRICS FAAV studied at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and trained with a national firm before setting up his own land agency practice, Greens Chartered Surveyors, in 2008. With over 25 years’ experience in the profession, Sebastian manages some of the most prestigious sporting estates in the country.

He has an innovative approach to rural estate management and was instrumental in achieving the coveted gold Purdey Award for Game and Conservation for heather restoration for one of his clients in the North Pennines. He has been at the leading edge of some of the most extensive peatland restoration projects in the English uplands and he is determined to ensure that the landowner voice is heard as the policy around natural capital emerges.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and he holds a number of Directorships for many of his clients’ estate management companies.
